This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Information and Non-Personal Information that we obtain through the Site, our Internet-based services and web-based applications (collectively, the “Services").
When you access or use our Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Notice and understand its contents. PL uses information it collects from you through the Site primarily to:

WHAT KINDS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal Information
"Personal Information" refers to information through which you can be identified. We collect Personal Information that you provide voluntarily to us. Some examples of Personal Information that we may collect include your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, and gaming activity. Some Personal Information is considered "Confidential Personal Information." Confidential Personal Information is your first name or first initial and last name in combination with and linked to any one or more of the following data elements when the data elements are not encrypted or redacted: (i) Social Security number; (ii) Driver’s license number or a State identification card number issued in lieu of a driver’s license; (iii) Financial account number, credit or debit card number, in combination with any required security code, access code or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account.
In addition to Personal Information that you provide voluntarily to us, we may obtain Personal Information from third parties including, but not limited to, business partners, family members, friends, and entities that direct you to or are located at the Site.
Non-Personal Information
"Non-Personal Information" refers to information about you or your activities through which you cannot be personally identified. When you use the Internet, your web browser or software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the websites you visit. Such information may include, for example, the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, your geographic location, and your interactions with the Site, including what pages you view and what information you download. When you visit the Site, your Non-Personal Information may be collected. Non- Personal Information may be linked to Personal Information.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be twenty-one (21) years old to use the Site. If you are under twenty-one (21) years old. If you are under twenty-one (21) years old, do not send any Personal Information about yourself to this Site. In the event that we discover that a person under the age of twenty-one (21) has provided Personal Information, we will suspend the account and may notify the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and/or other applicable regulatory agencies in accordance with applicable law. HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?
We collect information directly from you, as well as automatically through your use of our Services.
Information That You Give Us:
Typically, the information we collect directly from you is to establish a user account and includes your contact information. You decide how much information to share with us in most cases, but not sharing required information may limit your ability to obtain services from us. Here are some examples of ways in which you might give information to us through the Site:
Account Registration
You will be asked to complete an account registration form and provide Personal Information; you may also be asked to choose a user ID and password in order to take advantage of certain features the Site may choose to offer, including but not limited to, newsletters, contests, sweepstakes, forums, message boards or other subscription-based services. Your decision to register is voluntary and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not to disclose information to us and what communications you would like to receive; however, please be advised that services available on the Site require account registration and if you elect not to provide such information, you will not be able to take advantage of those services.
Transaction Information
If you gamble on the Site we will ask you to provide contact information, demographic information, financial information, and payment card information. In some instances, the Site will route this information to a third-party vendor site to process or store the information. We and/or our vendor on our behalf will use this information to complete the financial or other transaction that you have requested.
Contests or Sweepstakes
We periodically operate contests and sweepstakes through or promoted on the Site that will require registration or the submission of Personal Information. Your Personal Information may be used to contact you for winner notification, prize delivery confirmation or other related purposes. In some instances, a third-party advertiser or sponsor may operate or host a contest or sweepstakes on the Site and collect your Personal Information. In those cases, where we are not the operator or host of the contest or sweepstakes, we have no control over the information collected and accordingly urge you to review the advertiser’s or sponsor’s privacy policy applicable to the contest or sweepstakes before participating.

When you register to play games promoted on the Site, you may be asked to provide Personal Information.
Newsletters and Site Emails
We may offer newsletters to share information with you about the Site, about PL, or about our affiliates, business partners, advertisers, and sponsors. You may receive a newsletter either by registering for a particular newsletter or in conjunction with a special feature or membership for which you have registered on the Site. You may cancel your free email subscription by following the instructions provided on the Site or, in some instances, in the designated area of certain newsletters or emails.
Surveys or Voting
From time-to-time we may request Personal Information from you in conjunction with a survey or voting poll. Participation is voluntary, and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not to disclose information to the Site. At times, you may have to register to vote or to take part in a survey.

Cookies

IP Addresses and Click-Stream Data
As is true of most websites, we automatically gather information such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, device information, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the Site.
An IP address is a number associated with the service through which you access the Internet, like your ISP (Internet service provider), your company, or your university. Standing alone, your IP address is not personally identifiable. At times, we also use IP addresses for purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers and sponsors, for example regarding the frequency with which our guests visit various parts of the Site. We may combine this information with personally identifiable information we obtain from you directly on the Site or any other of our other websites, or from third parties.
Click-stream data is information collected by our computers when you request pages from the Site. Click-stream data may include such information as the page served, the time, the source of the request, the type of browser making the request, the preceding page view and other such Non-Personal Information.
When analyzed, this data helps us analyze how visitors arrive at the Site, what type of content is most popular, what type of visitors in the aggregate are interested in particular kinds of content and advertising, and the like.
Behavioral Targeting/ Re-Targeting
We may partner with a third-party ad network to either display advertising on the Site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner might use cookies and Web beacons to collect information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you with targeted advertising based upon your interests. Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.
Mobile Devices
When you download and use our services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UUID”).
We may send you push notifications from time to time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we or our advertising partners may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level.
Geolocation Data
We use geolocation data to verify that you are in Pennsylvania. Only those in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania may gamble on this Site. The geolocation features of the Site are provided by a company called GeoComply (www.geocomply.com).
Mobile Analytics
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile App software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the Mobile App, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the Mobile App.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for non-marketing purposes. Some examples of such use include: (1) processing and fulfilling gambling services requests; (2) conducting statistical or demographic analysis; (3) customizing your experience at the Site; and (4) responding to your inquiries or other communications.
We use your date of birth to verify your age and may use other personal information to verify your identity, state of residence. Your personal information and non-personal information are used to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Except for Confidential Personal Information, we may use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for our own marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, notifying you of special promotions, offers, and events via postal mail, e-mail, and other means. Confidential Personal Information will not be used for marketing purposes without your express consent.
We may combine Personal Information with other generally or publicly available information to help us identify your preferences or interests. Your Personal Information may also be merged with Personal Information available from other sources such as: (1) companies that match e-mail addresses with postal addresses and other information; (2) credit card verification and credit services; and (3) other resorts, casinos, or properties that are owned, operated, or affiliated with Play Live.
If you do not want us to use your Personal Information for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such uses by notifying us in accordance with the section below entitled, “What Choices Do You Have About Your Personal and Non-Personal Information?” Opting out will not prevent your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from being used for non-marketing purposes.
We may also participate in "interest-based" advertising using various technologies. This means that you may see advertising on our Site tailored to how you browse or shop, or you may see advertising for Play Live on other websites based on your browsing behavior across websites. Some websites where we may advertise belong to ad networks that use your web browsing history to choose which ads to display on their network websites; these ads include advertising for Play Live, but no Personal Information about you is shared with those third-party ad networks. WHEN DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use your Personal Information, including Confidential Personal Information, to verify your identity through third-party vendors that provide identity verification services.
Except for Confidential Personal Information, we may share your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information with our business partners for joint marketing efforts, or for our business partners' own marketing purposes. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with business partners for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such sharing by notifying us in accordance with the section below entitled, “What Choices Do You Have About Your Personal and Non-Personal Information?”
Although you may request to opt-out of sharing Personal Information with our business partners for marketing purposes, we may disclose Personal Information to our business partners and other third parties for the following purposes:

- To comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other valid legal process;

- To enforce the Terms of Use of the Site;
- To prevent imminent physical harm or threats to public safety;
- For use by third-party vendors that PL may use to perform functions, such as credit card transactions;

- To ensure that persons under twenty-one (21) do not gamble on the Site; and

BROWSER “DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS”
Some web browsers may transmit "do not track" signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. PL currently does not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard for responding is established, we may revisit our policy on responding to these signals.

HOW YOU CAN CORRECT INACCURACIES
If you become aware of inaccuracies in your Personal Information that you want to correct or you want to delete your Personal Information from our records, please contact us to let us know, but we reserve the right to retain your Personal Information for our reasonable business or legal purposes.
DATA RETENTION
The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depend on the purposes for which we use it. PL will keep your Personal Information for as long as we have a reasonable business purpose to do so or are obligated to do so by law or regulation. We are required by law to keep certain Personal Information for five years.
DATA STORAGE AND DATA TRANSFERS
PL is headquartered in Pennsylvania and stores the data that it gathers on servers located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other websites, including websites operated by our business partners or other third parties. SECURITY
We take what we believe are reasonable security measures to protect the privacy of your Personal Information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and our computer systems could become accessible through a security breach in spite of our precautions.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING
